Florida Capital Business Brokers was established over 20 years ago and was born out of an obvious opportunity to represent both buyers and sellers in an arena that seemed to be lacking in integrity and professionalism.

What sets Florida Capital apart from many conventional business brokers is the extent of which Florida Capital represent the businesses or companies.  Florida capital will only represent a business that has been established for 5 years or more and have proven credible financial information.

Prior to Florida Capital’s placing a confidential offering in selected areas of the market in behalf of a business or company, certain criteria must be met. Their offering package must include a history of the business, their markets, competition, brief resumes of key personnel and an historical and present review of gross and net income.

Florida Capital primarily markets business and companies located in Florida, and then confidentially promotes these businesses throughout the United States and Western Europe on several web sites including their own.  Out of state advertising includes trade magazines and newspapers such as the Journal, Times, Chicago Tribune, and many others.

Florida Capital’s responsibility does not stop there. Once we qualify a prospective buyer after receiving a signed confidentiality agreement, a work history and a personal financial statement, we disclose the name and location of the business then arrange a time for them to make a personal inspection.

Florida Capital begins to analyze the business, drafting initial contracts, as well as working with buyer, seller’s accountants, attorneys and packaging all necessary documents for financing…..then they arrange the loan.
