These well-established
convenience stores and gas stations are located in South Central
Florida on busy State rural highway. They are all in farming area
and on major thoroughfares for farm workers and trucks hauling
produce to the markets all over Florida. These c-stores
have all had their gas tanks, pumps and canopies replaced in
compliance with the 2010 federal and State requirements. These three
stores all now have diesel fuel.
Both the businesses and properties are available
and can be leased or purchased. These c-stores have done very well
with gas sales as well as inside sales at an above average gross
profit. They have all been a very profitable location.
The convenience stores
sells a large quantity of beverages and miscellaneous grocery items
and one of them has a hot food deli kitchen that is not presently
being used. To enhance the inside sales the present owner planned to
add a fast food counter to each store but has not done so at this
time. This ready-to-eat
addition would add substantially to overall sales and gross profit.
The gas sales at these location average between
35K to 45K gallons per month with the potential to do a much higher
volume with an aggressive owner/operator.
These absentee Owners have decided to sell their
businesses and return to their homeland to raise their children.
They are willing to sell and/or lease the property with these
c-stores as a group or individually.
These businesses will
provide a substantial income for a new owner/operator with above
average earnings. These convenience stores have a limited amount of
services such as lottery, Western Union
and phone cards, and a new owner could substantially increase the
store profitability by providing additional services.
Financial information will be provided upon
receipt of a signed confidentiality agreement.
