this business 8 years ago. They

setting up and equipping a
commercial kitchen for
restaurants and institutions
such as hospitals, nursing
homes, country clubs, etc.
In the year 2004, they began to
expand their services to include
kitchen design and installation.
Since then, their business has
exploded growing from $1.7
million in 2004...to $ 2.8
million in 2005... to $4.2
million in $2006 and they expect
to cap over $5 million in 2007.
They completely design and
install with their own personnel
commercial kitchens and have
established a system for easy
installation that contributes to
their reputation of reliability.
They showcase their equipment in
an approximate 10,000 SF
warehouse/show-room with
offices.
Their reputation has grown to
where they were invited to build
a kitchen for the Food Network
which is forthcoming.
