The name Bella is seen many places for many things, but Paul, CEO
and Founder of Bella Builders, Inc. in 1980, gave the business his
last name. Over the past 28 years Bella Builders has built over 600
custom homes in Lee County for the discriminating buyer
A Bella home means custom and quality. Bella Isles is Paul and wife
Doris, personal home and ranch. It was built and designed with lots
of outdoor porches, a view of the river or stables from every
window. Paul's unique design gives plenty of outdoor entertainment,
Florida causal style. From the stables to the blue water pond, to
the main house and the Intercoastal Waterway, it's about having fun
and room to play outside.

The Main House
The Main House is approximately 600-feet from the Stables,
approximately 200-feet from the Blue Water Pond, and approximately
1,100-feet from the road.
Approaching the Main House from the Blue Water Pond you enter a
brick-paved circular driveway. You can see the Caloosahatchee River
on your approach to the front of the house.
The left side of the house is where the small hill is used as a
driving range. To the right of the house is our land we sub-divided,
and could be used to build another house or just kept as it is.
The main living area is on the second floor which overlooks the
Caloosahatchee / Intercoastal Waterway. Your view out the back of
the house is your back yard with a large white sandy beach with
coconut trees and huge old oak trees, draped with Spanish moss, that
line the 400-foot of riverfront. The River is active with sail boats
and yachts coming through the locks - very beautiful to see. Twice a
day the big old
Mississippi River tour boat passes and blows its steamboat whistle.
An eagle dips to the River, or our
pond, in search of fish and eats in the backyard oak tree daily. The
birds - egrets, heron, pelicans - are all busy along the River, it,s
like your own sanctuary. Neighbors kayak and canoe, all enjoy the
River.
Past the white sandy beach is your dock. The yard is full of
flowering trees and green grass with a brick winding walkway to the
water and beach. This is your daytime view.
The Views
Night is a must to experience. The riverfront lights up
along the shore, beach and dock. The Franklin Locks, to our west, is
beautiful with colored lights, it's always like a Christmas holiday.
Sunsets with the birds flying in make it the only place to be on
your dock or under the oak trees to watch the night unfold into
beauty.
The View to the Front, looking North by day the Blue Water Pond,
white sandy beach, horses grazing in the pasture, tropical flowering
trees.
By night, the Ga2ebo at the Blue Water Pond lights up, spotlight on
the Pond, the Stables with special night lights, all beautiful.
Inside the house you see views out every window
