Prior to moving to the United
States 8 years ago with his wife
Sue Ellen, Manfred was a CEO for
several operating subsidiaries
for a leading German development
and investment company in Munich
that oversaw the development and
management of projects (mainly
office buildings, hotels,
commercial parks), including the
development of Munich’s highest
building – the- “Twin Towers”.
Manfred also served for two
years as President of the
International Real Estate
Institute, which has a
consultative status with the United States.
